Eligible hardware is covered by a 365-day limited warranty under the official After-Sales Repair Service Policy. Covered manufacturing defects include approved parts and labor. Exclusions include physical or liquid damage, unauthorized modification, unsuitable power or operating conditions, and misuse. Report delivery damage or missing items promptly with the required evidence.

Retail orders of up to 10 devices include import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges handled by us unless the order expressly states otherwise. Orders of 11 devices or more are wholesale orders and the customer is responsible for applicable import taxes, duties and customs clearance. Secure packing, dispatch status and tracking details are provided through the order record.
